FreshTrack Privacy Policy
FreshTrack is operated by JedRey IT Solutions, Sariaya, Quezon. This policy covers two things: the personal information you give us on this website, and the business records your company puts into the hosted FreshTrack system. We do not sell either one, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we are
FreshTrack is an inventory and operations system built and hosted by JedRey IT Solutions ("we"), Pablo Street, Brgy. Poblacion 2, Sariaya, Quezon, Philippines. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), JedRey IT Solutions is the personal information controller for the information collected on this website, and the personal information processor for the records that a subscribing business puts into the system, where the business is the controller.
Data Privacy Notice for the website
This website has no analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The only thing we collect is what you send through the demo-request form, the message form, or by email, Messenger, Viber, and phone calls:
- Your name, your business name, and your mobile number (needed so we can call you)
- Email, how many people you have, what you sell, your biggest problem, and when we can call you (optional)
- The page the form came from and your IP address, for spam prevention
We use this only to answer your question, schedule the demo, and give you a price. The form goes through our own server and is delivered to our mailbox at jedrey.it@gmail.com; it is not passed on to marketing platforms. We keep the enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, if you become a subscriber, as part of your account records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
The fonts on this site come from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google's servers. That is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Your business records in the system
When your business subscribes, you put records into FreshTrack: products, batches and expiry dates, stock, sales and orders, dealer accounts and balances, staff user accounts, and other operations data. These records belong to your business. We use them only to run the system, back it up, support you, and move your data during setup. We do not use them for our own marketing and we do not share them with anyone else.
Who has access
- Your business. Access is role-based: the admin, the office and the warehouse each see something different, according to your settings.
- JedRey IT Solutions. A small number of technical staff, only for hosting, backup, support, and any data migration you asked for.
- Hosting providers. The system runs on cloud infrastructure; in normal operation the provider has access only to encrypted servers, not to the contents of your records.
We do not give records to anyone unless your business instructs us to or the law requires it.
How it is protected
- The connection is encrypted (HTTPS) on the website and in the system.
- There is a daily backup of the records.
- Every user has their own account and password; each role has its own access level.
- Entries made offline in the mobile app are stored on the device until they sync, and are covered by your phone's lock.
Retention, export and deletion
We keep your business records while the subscription is active. Before you cancel, you can export your records. After cancellation, we delete the records from the live system and from the backups within a reasonable period, unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal data we hold, to get a copy, to have errors corrected, to have data deleted when there is no longer a legitimate reason to keep it, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these, contact us below. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the date above. For major changes that affect the records of a subscribing business, we will let you know by email or inside the system.
